DC-Mobile

FINSGO - DC Mobile is a mobile application developed by SAI GON BPO Ltd. to help loan document collector (Document Collector - DC) of Mirae Asset Finance Company (Viet Nam) Ltd. manage their work, capture and send photos of loan documents to data entry system of SAIGONBPO quickly, conveniently and efficiently through Internet.

FINSGO - DC Mobile includes main functions:

- Receive leads to collect loan documents
- Integrate VoIP to make phone calls to customers
- Give direction to customer's location, record working time and location of Document Collector by using GPS (Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.)
- Record working time of Document Collector
- Take photos of loan documents and upload them to data entry system
- Track status of documents after uploading
- Update information/documents in case of incorrect or lack of information/documents
- Receive notification of loan document status, notification from manager and the system
