Trying to remember exactly how you’ve been over the weeks and months since you last met your healthcare professional can be a challenge.
Having an easy way to record how MS is impacting your life between clinic visits and to share this with those involved in your care could help you get the most out of the time you have with your health care team.

dialogMS is designed to do just that.

dialogMS is a web-based tool which allows you to better contribute in the management of your MS:
- you can keep a record of your injections, by sending data wirelessly from your RebiSmart® using a transmitter;
- create health reports based on your experience by answering a few simple questions and share them with your healthcare professional;
- you and your healthcare professional can see a picture over time of various aspects of your health, quality of life and the information from your injection device, so you can make better use of the time you have together;
- set reminders for your future appointments, medications and health reports.

dialogMS allows you to keep track of your treatment and how you’re feeling, in between appointments and share information which you and your healthcare professional both need.
