Suggests the number of repetitions in sets, or counts down the exercise time, if the exercise is time-based. Counts down the rest time. Tracks the progress of the exercise program in complex programs. Holds your progress.
Six built-in results-oriented exercise programs are included.
For you to reach: 100 push-ups, 200 squats, 5 minutes planks, 200 sit-ups, 25 pull-ups, 5 kilometers of running.
You can create your own exercise programs and share with friends.
