The app will provide users the following benefits:
- View daily appointments and Unread message easily without requiring to navigating the traditional web site
- Easily to make a quick call to your appointment contact or add an new contact from the inbound message if contact does not exist
- Send inbound text messages and view existing text messages easier, rather than they have to access the physical web site to view them.
- Allows users to create new events and appointments with a few tab on your mobile device. View and edit current events calendar.
- Reports are available in either raw data or charts
- User can add and upload contacts
- User can create group from existing contacts, and that can be used easily when sending text message to group(s)
- User can pre-defined message template and that will make faster when composing regular messages to your contacts

In addition, users will be able to receive push notification for current daily appointment and inbound messages
