If my fax doesn't send, what happens to my credits?

You are only charged credits if your fax is delivered. If there is a problem delivering your fax, your credits will be automatically returned to your account after a few minutes.


How much time does it take to send a fax?

It depends on recipient's line quality and the number of pages to be sent. Usually it takes no more than 10 minutes.
