The concept of Punching IN/OUT Reinvented !!!.

This is the app installed by each Manager. With this app you create Employee profiles and each of them automatically receive an invitation to download the Employee app. The Manager can create the following:

Locations: A location is a work area. Each location emulates a virtual clock device. Each location has an associated radius of action (GeoFence Feature) and a Calendar. The Geofence feature activates or deactivates and ensures that only employees within this area range can see the activity list. It also defines the boundaries to launch notifications to the administrators so when an employee enters or leaves in each location the app will automatically notify the administrator.

Activities: An activity is a task or activity to be performed within a Location. Each task has an associated cost. When an employee arrives at a place of work (Location) the list of available assigned activities are displayed. Each employee can then select one of them and check-in or check-out. If the administrator activated the Extra Security feature "Punch In/Out with FaceID or Fingerprint" the employee must be authenticated before successfully Punch In/Out.

Each time an employee begins an assigned activity, they can check-in or check-out and and at the end of it, the final cost is calculated according to the time invested.

Schedules : Each location has a calendar. In each calendar you can schedule each employee's time. As an Administrator your can see all employees' schedules but each employee can only see their calendar as well as only their schedules associated with it. If the administrator wishes, he can also leave notes and alerts so that the employee can visualize them on their mobile phone.

Create Employee's Profiles: Each administrator can create new employee accounts (sign up new employees). Once a new employee account is created, the employee will receive a notification via email of their credentials and a link to download the application (Employee Fitxar App) . Once the employee application is installed, the employee enters into the system with their credentials and can begin to access calendars as well as to punching in and punching out of their assigned activities.

Receive Multiple Notifications: Receive multiple types of Notifications. The application can be configured to send you notifications and monitor when an employee enters or leaves a work area (Location). Receive a notification when an employee check-ins or checks-out into an Activity. Should an employee not have their phone available the administrator can input the data into the system.

Statistics: The FiTXar app has multiple ways to visualize costs. It allows you to visualize costs based on a selected Location, based on a selected activity or employee.
