Flipping USA currently operates in six New Jersey counties under the subsidiary Flipping NJ. The initial expansion will enter eight additional counties in New Jersey within the first quarter of 2017. Our proven system in New Jersey will be offered with nationwide expansion opportunities initially targeted in New York, Connecticut, Florida, Rhode Island and Arizona. The method of expansion will focus on establishment of business agreements with
brokers along with licensing our proprietary systems.
