FPS SURVEY

The FPS Survey app is a powerful tool developed by CSC e-Governance Services India Limited, in collaboration with the Department of Food and Public Distribution of India. This app facilitates surveys and monitoring of Fair Price Shops (FPS) across India, ensuring the fair and accessible distribution of essential commodities like rice and wheat. It empowers users, including the general public, to actively participate in this important initiative.

User Registration and Authentication:

To get started, users simply register through the CSC web portal associated with the FPS Survey system. During registration, they provide necessary personal information. Following registration, users can download and install the FPS Survey app on their mobile devices.

Accessing Fair Price Shops:

Once users successfully authenticate themselves through a one-time password (OTP), they gain access to a comprehensive list of Fair Price Shops across India using the FPS Survey app.

FPS Survey Questionnaire:

Users can select a specific Fair Price Shop from the list and proceed to answer a series of questions related to the selected shop. These questions encompass various aspects of the shop, including its condition, services, and any issues observed.

Information Update:

After completing the survey questionnaire, users have the option to update the shop's address and capture a photograph in front of the shop. This visual data serves as valuable feedback and evidence.

Digital Signature:

If required, users may provide a digital signature to confirm the completion of the survey.
