We get it - we love watching Netflix, scrolling through the 'gram, and waiting for our food to be delivered as much as anyone. But every so often, we also love going out and meeting new people. And that’s where Friends & Strangers comes in.

We built Friends & Strangers to help people reconnect with what’s happening around them IRL.

Friends & Strangers is a super simple app that lets you:

• Discover nearby conversations, allowing you to connect with your neighbors and others around you.
• Discover nearby events (perfect for when you're bored and looking for something to do).
• Start your own geo-relevant conversations.
• Share your own or others' events.
• Discover who's nearby (including whether or not they're single).
• Connect with other interesting people nearby by messaging them directly.
