Group Project Organizer was built for this purpose. Keeping track of conversations through email, texting, or other chat applications can get confusing. With GPO you can:
- Discuss the project in a chat window.
- Create work items and milestones.
- Create links to web sites or documents in shared storage sites.
- Assign work items and generate a To Do list.
- Receive notifications on active projects.
