Health Guard

The Health Guard app has the purpose to increase occupational wellbeing. Together the Polar H10 chest strap the app records your heart rate, heart rate variability and motion data in order for you to get a better feeling for your current stress levels. The integrated Lone Worker Mode detects if you have been motionless for a certain time and sends an emergency SMS to your predefined contact persons.

To be able to use Health Guard, you have to register for the first time with your email address in the app that your company has provided to us. innogy Guard is not a medical product and does not replace consultation with a doctor. All physiology-based and motion-related metrics should be considered estimations, and thus, are not assumed to be medically accurate. Our analytics are intended to provide information to encourage overall wellness at work, they are not intended for medical purposes of any kind, such as diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
