Hockey Lab offers a learning yet challenging environment where the focus is on teaching and improving the right hockey techniques. The proper fundamentals are essential with each player’s continuous on-ice development. That is why proper fundamentals, teaching technique, and constant correction are at the core of our training.

Specialty Skills Clinics

Our Specialty Clinics are structured by Hockey Lab and instructed by a Hockey Lab trainer. Each session focuses on building muscle memory by training and repeating specific skills. Sessions include teaching and demonstrating a particular skill, putting it to practice with proper technique, and executing it properly in motion with different drills.
