What is it about?

An app used using AI in real time to determine the proper squat techniques from the front angle and the side angle. The app uses joint angles and motion to determine if a user is using proper technique and squatting at least to 90 degrees. The app determines back angle, femur angle and hip and shoulder angle. A proper squat is at least 90 degrees. However, a true squat in a sport like power lifting, the femur angle needs to break 90 degrees. Which means. The top of the knee joint needs to be above the top of the hip joint. This app allows someone to see their squat in real time without expensive studies and appointments with an exercise specialist.
