When making a report, attach a photo or video and pinpoint the exact location using your device’s mapping software. We’ll notify our crews to get it fixed and let you know as soon as we have it resolved.

If you are using the Hume City Council app to report an issue outside of Hume, your issue will be sent directly to the relevant council.

Register an account on the app for even more personalised information and functionality such as ‘my reports’, ‘my maps’ and ‘my alerts’.
