App Store Description

What do you need?
You need an innovation board to assess incoming ideas, manage contests & missions, start project groups and reward employees.

Three ways to collect ideas:
- Submit idea: every employee has the option to submit any idea anonymously. Ideas are judged according to scoping criteria. Good ideas are converted into one or more project groups. For further enrichment, convert incoming ideas into contests or missions.
- Contests: ask the right questions and you will receive relevant answers. Assess incoming responses according to scoping criteria and launch one or more project groups.
- Missions: enrich ideas community driven. Launch a mission and employees will collect ideas and provide feedback to each other. You also have the opportunity to vote for each other's ideas. You choose who may launch a mission. The innovation board, the management or the employees themselves.

You determine your own pace:
Submitted ideas and contest questions are answered anonymous. Employees only see your idea as soon as a project group has been started. This is the most accessible way to collect ideas.
Then, start with a mission. Here, submitted ideas are immediately visible to the entire company. As soon as you are ready, you allow more and more people to launch a mission.

Feedback:
Fast and correct feedback is important. If you don't do this properly, you create a lot of ambiguity. Employees will eventually drop out because you give them the feeling that nothing will happen with their input.
No worries. Within Ideashooter, this is an automated process. Submitted ideas and answered contest questions are assessed according to scoping criteria and are scored. You determine the feedback that goes with each score.
Missions are voted on. You will immediately see the number of votes you receive.

Starting with project groups:
You start a project group from:
- a submitted idea,
- one or more answers from a contest,
- a mission.

Participate in a project group:
Can everyone participate in a project group? At start, the innovation board determines who participates and who is the project leader. These roles are free to change. As soon as you launch a project group, everyone has the opportunity to apply for participation.

Different project phases, stage gate driven:
Each project group has its own business case. This shows you immediately whether your project is viable in every phase of the project. Decide to continue with a project after every phase.

Tasks and roles:
You determine the tasks for each role within the project. This way everyone knows immediately what to start with.

Project sponsor:
A project is most likely to succeed if you assign a project sponsor from the management team. This is an easy way to immediately set innovation on the MT's agenda.

Reward your team:
Reward your employees for participating in contests, missions and project groups. Reward a team or department rather than the individual.

Gamification:
Who wouldn't want to be an innovation hero? Collect badges by coming up with ideas and, above all, by participating in project groups.
