The IDeal IOS App is a companion mobile app to the IDeal Insights lab platform – a proprietary platform that seeks to enable digitalization; the AI-enabled automation of traditional research. IDeal Insights lab App is an offering from IDeal Insight Lab Pte Ltd. Singapore. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of idstats Research & Consultancy PTE. Ltd; Singapore. This companion mobile app seeks to enable in-the-moment data collection through surveys amongst pre-identified respondent panels or online communities. Hence, when used in conjunction with the IDeal Insights Lab, the mobile app can be used to design, analyze and share insights to facilitate AI-powered, data-led decision making to design strategy and drive co-creation, sustainability and sustainable innovation, optimal omnichannel experiences, winning and brand equity. HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Invite pre-identified respondents to install the Ideal Mobile App from i-store
Step 2: Respondents to login into their account with their email and password received through an invite.
Step 3: Respondents to complete allocated surveys/participate in assigned online communities. Respondents to share responses using text, photo, video, scaled and audio responses.
Step 4: Data to be stored at the backend on the IDeal Insights Lab Platform. This data can then be further analyzed using AI-enabled frameworks and Automated Reporting and Dashboarding Frameworks. Workbench is also available to create and edit videos based on data collated.
