#inclusion

The purpose of the app #inclusion is to support discussions on how the workplace can improve and achieve gender equality, diversity and inclusion. The #inclusion app contains 24/25 discussion cards focusing on gender equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The discussion cards are available in English, Swedish, German and Polish in the app. The cards present facts and questions to prompt discussions about the way things are at your workplace. The material is based on research and practical experience from working with gender equality and diversity issues. The app has a main menu with four sections: the English version of the discussion cards (24 cards), the Swedish version of the the discussion cards (25 cards), the German version of the the discussion cards (24 cards) and the Polish version of the the discussion cards (24 cards). Each sub section has a menu with two sections 1) Instructions: a card with instructions on how to use the discussion cards. 2) the the front page of the discussion card games and the 24/25 discussion cards in the cards games #atourourworkplace #hurärdethososs #anUnseremArbeitsplatz and #unaswpracy . You can zoom in and out on the cards and also skip to the next card or go back.
The app #inclusion is developed by the Swedish consultancy ImplementDiversity Ltd.

Appen #inclusion är ett konkret och praktiskt verktyg för diskussion om och utveckling av arbetsplatsers arbete med jämställdhet och mångfald. #inclusion innehåller 25/24 diskussionskort. Diskussionskorten finns på engelska, svenska, tyska och polska i appen. Diskussionskorten tar upp fakta/information och ställer frågor så att ni kan diskutera ”hur är det hos oss?”. Materialet är baserat på forskning och erfarenheter av praktiskt arbete med jämställdhet och mångfald. Appen #inclusion har en huvudmeny med fyra undersektioner: den engelsk version av diskussionskorten (24 kort), den svenska version av diskussionskorten (25 kort), den tyska version av diskussionskorten (24 kort) och den polska version av diskussionskorten (24 kort). Varje undersektion av appen har en meny med två delar: 1) Instruktion: ett kort med en beskrivning av hur diskussionskorten kan användas. 2) Diskussionskorten, det är en "slideshow" med 25/24 diskussionskort. Den första bilden är framsidan på kortleken. Du kan rulla korten fram och tillbaka, och zooma texten.
