App Store Description

iRentWA gives users access to important information about renting a home in WA from the beginning to the end of their tenancy, including where to get help when things go wrong.

Whether you want to quickly find out about rent increases, getting your bond back or what to do with a breach notice, the app has plain-language advice about it all.

Now available in multiple languages!

Users can now access important information concerning tenants’ rights and responsibilities in languages they can understand, where English is not their first language.

You can use iRentWA to:
easily calculate the amount you might have to pay a landlord before moving in
set reminders to help you to keep track of rent payment deadlines, routine inspections, proper notice periods and to take photos
save photos of your rental property, property condition reports, rental receipts and items that need maintenance or repair
get information on the forms you and your landlord must use; and
find out where to get help

The app’s reminders sync with your calendar, so you can set them to remind you to:
create your own customized reminders,
take photos at the start and end of your tenancy,
return the property condition report to your landlord,
pay rent on time,
adjust payments for rent increases,
give enough notice to end a periodic or fixed-term tenancy, and
prepare for a routine inspection, or a home open for prospective buyers or renters.
