Every day, you’ll get a prompt designed to be answered in 300 characters or less (because some days, even that feels like a stretch). As you write, you’ll literally watch your journaling habit (and your sense of self) grow through a timeline of your entries.

By default, we’ll nudge you toward Shadow Work prompts (because that’s where the magic happens), but if that’s not your vibe for the day, no worries. Switch it up with Gratitude, Manifestation, Tarot, or General prompts. You do you.
