Mapspot

• Mapspot® is the first app to let you virtually claim area on Earth as a promotional medium for your content.

• Place spots on the world map, which generate 100' virtual perimeters (about 1/2 acre) linked to your profile. Other users discover your profile by physically passing through your spots in the real world or tapping on them in the app.

• Each account is entitled to one free spot placement, with the exception of certain major cities.

• 4 rules that make Mapspot work at scale.

1) Spots you claim on the map under your account must be at least 2 miles apart, this prevents any user from unfairly "clustering" many spots together.

2) Only one Mapspot® account allowed per user and device. Identity verification (ages 18+ only) will be added in the future for added security.

3) Some major cities have a one-spot claiming limit per account, this gives as many people as possible the ability to claim spots in higher populated areas.

4) You can only claim spots in the country in which you are a citizen.

• Mapspot's monthly auto-renewable subscriptions offer unique virtual spaces, similar to virtual land. More spots on the map increase the chances of discovering you and your content.

• Mapspot® subscriptions last 1 month and only one active subscription is allowed per user.

• Your subscription is charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation and automatically renews unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period's end.

• Active subscriptions cannot be canceled during the active period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or disable auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.
