MoodMood empowers students to track and manage their emotions with features like:
• Daily Mood Logging: Students choose their current emotion via a Mood Meter, reflect on issues affecting them, and note how they coped.
• Learn Coping Strategies: Students discover different ways to deal with emotions—like drawing, music, or simply resting.
• Track Emotional Trends: Weekly and monthly stats help students reflect on emotional patterns and growth.
• Anonymous Class Mood Overview: Students see a summary of classmates’ moods (no names shown), helping them feel connected and less alone.
• Request Help: Students can tap a “Request Help” button to alert their teacher for support when needed.
