MyShortcuts allows you to access files and photos quickly from the calendar, home screen, or reminder notification by using Calendar. Launch+, Launch Center, aHomeIcon, Iconizer, or Touch Icon Creator apps.
It also has a reminder feature. You can register any URL (website or external app) or Javascript as a reminder.
Supported files are: iWork documents, Microsoft Office, Rich Text Format, PDF, images, text files and comma-separated (csv) files. Saved photos and movies are also supported.
You pass the files to MyShortcuts via Open In for the supported files. For photos and movies, you register them from MyShortcuts. Then you can create a URL for the file, and register it to the home screen or get notified of it using Launch+, Launch Center, aHomeIcon, or Touch Icon Creator apps. (This URL is device internal. Files are not uploaded.)

If you want to pass documents of iWork for iOS to MyShortcuts, you need to email them to yourself. From the received mail, you can use Open In. (iWork for iOS does not support Open In.)
