Night Camera App features a great Long Exposure algorithm for dusk,night,museum and other low light environment.

Today’s iPhone/iPad camera offer very low noise levels. Even so, dark areas tend to show significant noise levels which can impede sharpening and obscure detail. Long Exposure enables you to choose very low ISO values, to minimize the noise in the photos. It does this by automatically taking several rapid exposures of the subject in quick succession and then combining them into a composite. With the Noise Reduction algorithm enjoying at least a three stop (+3Ev) advantage over the IOS Camera.
