Pickup app complements the service by providing an easy to use interface to create, track and reserve deliveries. This app is to be primarily used by the merchants at the shops but can be used by a q-park courier as well.

Q-Park pickup service allows shoppers to have their shopping packages delivered to the pickup point within a specified time. Pickup app complements the service by providing an easy to use interface to create, track and reserve deliveries. This app is to be primarily used by the merchants at the shops but can be used by a q-park courier as well.
- Merchant is able to create new deliveries as well as track the state and information of existing and handed out deliveries
- Merchant is required to take a photo of the receipt during the creation of a delivery
- Courier is able to reserve, pick up, shelf and handout packages with simple swipe buttons
- Courier receives notifications when a new delivery is created
