App Store Description

You have an average of 60,000 thoughts per day. How many of those are positive and uplifting? It's difficult to silence the negative voice in your head, telling you that you're not good enough. You feel anxious, frustrated, and worthless. And there is this deep-seated hope of having the right to love yourself.

We have all been there and felt the pain. With all that is happening in the world today, we've decided to set out and solve this problem:

Pilina is a mobile app that allows you to create reminders and randomly check-in with yourself throughout the day. Remind yourself of positive thoughts and ask yourself powerful questions.

And the process is simple:
1. Download the app
2. Sign up for an account
3. Create at least one reminder
Pilina is starting to check-in with you the following day.

We ask for your commitment. Create at least one reminder and test out the app for 30 days. We guarantee you're going to feel the difference. Start living your best life. Create the habits you've always wanted to create. And most importantly, start loving yourself again.

You're at the point of decision. You can either continue down the path of least resistance, the course you have already been traveling, or choose the road less traveled. The path of least resistance will probably result in you getting the same outcomes you've always gotten. But if you want something different to happen, if you want to change the direction of your mental wellbeing, you're going to have to do something different. Make a new choice, and pursue your new outcome.
