What is it about?

Psych Pro for psychologists in private practice streamlines outpatient mental health charting and billing. Enter the patient facesheet, then dictate your charts. Billing (CPT) codes are automatically chosen based on the length of time of the session or any specialty treatments that are selected. Create new charts from previous charts by opening up the earlier chart note, changing the date of service, editing the chart note for the new session, and saving the chart. Psychotherapy add-on codes, e.g., Interactive Complexity-90785, are also displayed on both the chart note and any claims. Insurance claims are created automatically from the chart notes. You can send the claims electronically, print CMS-1500 forms for mailing or print a billing sheet for your medical biller. If you record vital signs during your sessions, they are also entered into a separate vitals log. Chart at home or in your office. Chart notes can be up to six pages in length. Print them for filing. Back them up to your Mac or PC via iTunes. Since Psych Pro is not a web app, your chart notes and facesheets are always close at hand because they are stored only on your iPad and on your office PC or Mac.
