Customers who require cleaning services (for their homes, offices or BNBs) are matched with to cleaners i.e. Home Professional. A Home Professional is an individual who provides cleaning services as an Independent Contractor via the RedApron Web and App Platforms

Home Professionals are vetted and trained.

Rate Home Professionals: You are able to rate a Home Professional after each clean to ensure the best quality of work is maintained via the platform

Favorite Home Professionals: You are able to save and book their favorite Home Professionals

Home Professionals are available 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday), all bookings have to be made the day before and cleans are done between 7:00 and 17:00.

Go cashless: RedApron provides secure online banking via Africa’s top payment gateway, Direct pay. You can add several cards. Need to budget? Load monthly funds onto the in-app wallet to ensure your space is always sparkling clean

In-app notifications: You will receive in-app notifications when your Home Professional has accepted your work request, when they are enroute, when they have arrived, and completed the clean.

In-app communication: The in-app chatting function allows you to communicate with your Home Professional to indicate priority tasks or mention something which you may have forgotten.
