Resilient Minds
What is it about?
The Resilient Minds research app was designed by researchers from The University of New South Wales to understand changes in psychological resilience and cognitive function. Respondents are invited to provide insights by completing short surveys, and cognitive and sensory activities. To help us understand more about how these are related to physical wellbeing, this app integrates with the Health app to request access to physiological and environmental information collected through the iPhone and an Apple Watch. This includes information about physical activity, heart rate, sleep and environmental noise exposure. Subject to your consent, this collected health and fitness data may be shared anonymously with the researchers engaged in this research study. For more information on the study and how to register your interest in participating, please visit the study website. This study has been approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of UNSW.
