RiskPro Mobile

RiskPro Mobile delivers the functionality that you need to access and manage RiskPro files while away from the office. It's secure and powerful with trusted cloud services that will help maximise your productivity.

RiskPro Document Management:

• Maintain and access risk, claim, account, company and personal documents stored within RiskPro.
• Upload a file from your device against a RiskPro risk, account, company or your personal documents.
• Share a RiskPro document with a colleague, underwriter or client via AirDrop, email or any other application installed on your device.

Document Signing:

• After a document has been requested for signature by a RiskPro desktop user, a director can review, sign and reject a document within RiskPro Mobile.

Dashboard Reporting:

• Live and interactive reports can be deployed to each RiskPro user's dashboard, which is presented within RiskPro Assistant and RiskPro Mobile.

Month End Processing:

• Run the month end processing all from your mobile device.
• View the live status of each individual process when in progress.
• If there is an issue when the process is running such as an accounting misbalance, RiskPro Mobile will prompt you of the problem, along with an automatic notification being sent to DataPro.

Workflow Assistant:

• Review active workloads across your organisation. Tapping on a workload allows you to view a timeline of events that have taken place against a policy, including viewing correspondence and produced documentation held within RiskPro.
