SignSure provides a feature rich system to handle all of you document signing and management needs. This system provides an easy to use process of preparing and sending documents for signature, making it easier and much faster than the traditional method of printing, copying and sending hard copies.

SignSure has anticipated several different circumstances that create a need for receiving, preparing, signing and sending documents. The system is built to provide a speedy solution to each of these various circumstances.

SignSure Basic Features:

• Document Management System – SignSure’s home page contains records of all your prior work,
including pending documents, completed documents and any saved drafts. Through this system you can view all of the record details and the related documents. You are also able to easily print or email your documents with the touch of a button.
• Document Preparation – When preparing and sending documents with SignSure, you can request signature, date, text and check box input from the receiver. These tools provide a simple method of preparing and sending documents, and they allow the receiving party to complete your request in one easy process.
• Cloud Integration – SignSure provides a simple interface with your cloud account, so you can import, prepare and send documents quickly and easily. Current supported cloud platforms include: Dropbox and Google Plus.
• SignQuick – SignSure’s SignQuick feature allows you to quickly open a document from your email or cloud account, sign and send the document. Once this streamlined process is complete, the document and related records are stored in you Document Management System for viewing, printing or emailing.

SignSure Premium Features:

• Reusable Templates – SignSure’s Template feature saves you time by storing a prepared
document. All of the signature, date, text and check boxes are already located in the saved Template, so all you need to do is select the Template file, identify the signer(s) and send the request.
• Video Verification – SignSure’s patent pending Video Verification feature records the video image of the signer throughout the signature process. The video file is paired with the signed document for viewing within the Document Management System to help you authenticate the identity of those signing your documents. Stay tuned for substantial enhancements to this feature!
• SignSure Forms – Send multiple, identical documents to separate individuals for signature in one simple process. Compared to most other systems that require you to send each request individually, this feature is an invaluable, time saving tool for anyone that needs to send the same type of request to several different people.
• Expiration of Offer – SignSure allows you to set a deadline or expiration of offer for all of the documents you send. Deadlines can either be defined by a period of time (days, weeks or months) or by designating a specific time and date of expiration.

SignSure Basic
• Includes use of all SignSure Basic Features
• Allows a user to SignQuick or send up to 5 documents per month.
• Includes up to 50MB of storage

SignSure Premium
• Includes SignSure Basic Features
• Includes SignSure Premium Features, including but not limited to Reusable Templates, Expiration of Offer, Video Verification and SignSure Forms.
• Allows a user to sign and send unlimited documents.
• Provides up to 2 GB of storage through the Document Management System.

Miscellaneous

• Any use of the SignSure application or in-app purchase constitutes your acknowledgement and agreement to the SignSure Terms of Use, the SignSure Software License Agreement and the SignSure Privacy Policy.
• Your subscription can not be cancelled during the current active subscription period.
