One way to use the app is when you're driving: put your iPhone into a holder, make sure the front camera can see your face, launch the app and just smile. The app will remind you to continue smiling if for some reason you stop before the timer is over. Your smile is contagious! SmileTherapy doesn't require you to look straight into the camera to detect a smile. Please don't get your eyes off the road, I love conscious drivers :)
Also, use the app wherever you like to: in the office, at home, outside.
