Solo Wanderer

Solo Wander is your location monitoring buddy. This app helps you to be notified when ever you are entering or leaving certain region.

How do you make use of Solo Wanderer?

Say you are on a solo journey and entered a region which you found as shady. As a cautious person you want to be notified next time if you are entering that region. So what would you do for that ?

-> You would use Solo Wanderer app and mark that location in the app as Shady and inform the app to notify you when you are entering that region.

Thus this app keeps you to be notified of all the locations you've marked in the past. This does not stop you marking the future locations to be notified of. If you are driving to particular location and want to be notified of certain regions on the way, you could simply long press on the route shown on the map and mark the locations on the way for notifications.

This app also provides a feature to search for a location and mark it on the app so that you would be notified when ever you enter or leave that region.

This app marks different types of regions with different colours of circles on the map. For example, a region marked as exciting is shown as green and the one marked as dangerous in red etc., User would be able to delete the location or edit the details about the location being monitored.

Enable both location services and notifications in the app settings that would activate the location monitoring and alerting users accordingly

Continuous usage of location services in the background might reduce battery life

If you want to disable the location monitoring and notifications, you could disable the location services and notifications in the app settings
