Get immediate insight into your total sleep time, sleep debt, and sleep variation over the past week, and improve your sleep stats over time.

HOW TO USE
SomnApp offers a free version and an in-app subscription to access our library of sleep improvement articles. Once you're on the app, it runs automatically, so all you have to do is view your sleep and log your sleep-hurting behaviors with the help of our location tracker.

WHAT YOU GET
SomnApp uses your phone motion data or your sleep wearable to detect your sleep and calculate key sleep statistics to help you improve. To help you monitor sleep-impacting behaviors, SomnApp may integrate with Apple Health to access your step count and fitness activity and uses location data to prompt you about caffeine intake after you visit coffee shops.
