Subscription plans include unlimited messaging services 24/7. Live video counseling is also available depending on your plan. Unlike traditional therapy, StrengthenU allows you to access mental health services wherever you are at in the world around the clock. This service is available both to our online only clients and those who receive services at our physical locations. StrengthenU is currently available to residents of Iowa, Illinois, and Indiana only.

DOES THERAPY REALLY WORK?
