App Store Description

Sunny Day English Language Arts- Group was developed by a Speech Language Pathologist and elementary school teacher.

Today's classroom or special education teacher is faced with a busy schedule, limited time and a large number of students which often necessitates the grouping of students for practice of language concepts.

This app allows the teacher to target different areas of language with multiple students at the same time in a fun quiz type format within the same app. Multiple target areas can also be used with each student/player. Record function for auditory feedback and comparison with model.

Fun graphics and audio feedback provide an engaging atmosphere for the students to practice and improve their skills. Comprehensive data collection system with ability to store and recall previously recorded trials for comparison and to show progress.

Game may be paused at any time and the "Teaching Board" may be used to give additional examples of language concept or scaffolding to help a student gain understanding.

At release the app contains 8 modules, or language areas. More are being developed and will be available in future updates.
