Sunny Day Speech and Language-Group

Sunny Day Speech and Language Group was developed by a Speech Language Pathologist. Today's SLP is faced with a busy schedule, limited time and a large caseload which necessitates the grouping of students or clients for therapy.  Grouping can often be difficult due to the variety of disorders one encounters and also the desire to group students from the same classroom/grade.  

This app allows the SLP to target different areas of language and articulation with multiple students at the same time in a fun quiz type format within the same app.  Multiple modules can also be used with each student. Fun graphics and audio feedback provide an engaging atmosphere for the students to practice and improve their skills. User can choose different background themes for holidays or seasons if desired.  A blank "teaching board" can be used to pause the game at any time for a teachable moment, scaffolding, or extra practice on a particular language or articulation skill. Record function for auditory feedback and comparison with model. Comprehensive data collection system with ability to store and recall previously recorded trials for comparison and to show progress. At release the app contains 11 modules, or target areas. More modules are being developed and will be available in future updates.
