TABS School Application

TABS (Tracking Appropriate Behaviors) is a tool designed by teachers to help keep staff and students safer and to help teachers spend their time actually teaching!

*Lockdown:
*Administrator can push-notify all staff in the event of a crisis
*Staff immediately mark themselves as safe or need help
*Administrator can see a list of staff who have reported back in real time to quickly identify
location of the threat
*Administration can send information to staff during lockdown to provide updates
*All staff receive push notification (ie: on a field trip, out of classroom, in an area that has no
speaker or the speaker cannot be heard, etc)
*Attendance:
*Quickly select students to mark absent or tardy
*Freedom to move about the room while updating attendance w/o interruption to your lesson
*Digital hall passes:
*Assign timed student passes right from your phone
*Automatic push notification to security when pass has expired and student has not returned
*Admin can see the number of students in the hall at any given time and track “frequent flyers”
*Behavior recording:
*Note positive and negative behaviors with a click
*Scan student ID for those not in your class (hallway, lunch, subbing, trip, etc)
*Negative point thresholds trigger AUTOMATIC interventions (ie: parent notification, counselor
conference, administrative referral, etc.)
*No more paperwork, but administrators can print all reports
