You've heard of the 7 minute workout, but now it's time for the 11 minute workout! This program includes 6 progressive bodyweight workouts, each with 5 different exercises. The entire workout only takes 11 minutes!

This app is based on the 11 minute workout designed by the Royal Canadian Air Force. The RCAF created 6 progressively more difficult workouts to give an intense, full-body workout to people at all fitness levels, from novice to professional.

Features:
- The new playlist feature lets you create a playlist from your music to play while you workout.
- Resume feature lets you pick up your workout where you left off.
- Set a workout reminder, so you never miss a workout.
- Count-up and count-down timers are included.
- Learn each exercise with animations and text descriptions.
- No equipment is needed! All exercises use your own bodyweight.
- It's a complete fitness plan. You don't need to decide anything, except to get ready to sweat!
- Includes progressively more difficult workouts. Break your plateau!
- Progress logging lets you know how far you've come.

- Toe Touches with Backbend
- Pushups
- Partial Situps
- Double Leg Raises
- Stationary Run with Semi-Squat Jumps
- Plyometric Pushups

How it works:
Pick a workout, and complete as many of each exercise in the time limit as you can. The last exercise is always a stationary run, but you will have the option to run or walk a distance and record your time. A timer is included in the app. When you've finished your workout, you will be given a letter grade for each exercise. When you've reached an 'A+' for every exercise in that workout, you move on to the next one.
