By learning to recognize how and when strong emotions are triggered in you, and in which situations, you can:
Learn which situations trigger different emotions and develop strategies for coping
Recognize patterns in your behavior or character and learn about yourself
Improve your relationships, work performance, and overall health.

People spend many years and dollars in psycho-emotional therapy and many people don’t have the money, time, or inclination to get this kind of support. Thera-me is a tool to assist you in tracking your own mental, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual well-being and happiness.

By recording the details of particular emotional events or situations and with whom, and the ways in which you respond to them will provide reflective insight over time about what makes you happy, sad, angry, disgusted, etc., and the underlying causes. By reviewing the emotional events you experience over the course of a week or a month and reflecting on when, where, who, and what was happening will open opportunities for authentic self-examination.

When you look back and view your entries, you can look through your whole history, or you can choose to view the graphic display by certain categories. For example, you can select to view all situations in which you were happy or all events that occurred during a certain time period. This will aid you hugely in being able to recognize patterns in your behavior, in your feelings, and in your life. The information will allow you to start thinking about ways in which you can avoid, cope better with, prepare for, or nurture certain reactions, behaviors, or circumstances.
