ValidCare Study

Validcare Study collects real-world consumer experience through a HIPAA compliant, easy to navigate user interface. ValidCare creates the data pool and reporting tools that reveal information for consumer safety, product origins and contents, dosing, and administration.

The ValidCare Study app was developed on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) MyStudies platform and allows for secure and remote electronic consent and data input. Participants can electronically consent to trials and obtain a copy of their consent through their mobile device or email.

Studies conducted with ValidCare Study are currently invite-only and require a clinical sponsor. Study participants are pre-screened and invited to download the app. Upon download, participants are asked to verify their identity using unique tokens provided at the time of invite. Participants must complete and pass an inclusion/exclusion survey prior to admission into their prospective study.

Based on the study in which you participate, a particular study may need relevant information about you from your Health app (e.g., step counts). If this is the case, you will be asked to grant access to this data.
