Calculate how much your time (and anyone else working with you) is worth and compare it to common consumer products and services. Setup:
You need just two data points to get started:
How many people are in your meeting, working with you on a task, etc. And if it's just you, that's okay! Just choose 1.
Average Hourly Rate for everyone involved. Most companies will have a standard labor rate that is used.

Calculating:
