Steps
- Plug in your iDevice to your computer and launch Limera1n.
- Click "Make It Ra1n"
- You're done! Enjoy!

- Redsn0w 0.9.5b5 (Download Center)
- 4.0 (not 4.0.2) Firmware File (Download Center)
Steps
- Plug in your iDevice to your computer and launch Redsn0w.
- Click “Browse” and select the 4.0 firmware file for your device.
- Click “Next” and wait for Redsn0w to load the files. It will move to the next screen when it’s finished.
- Select the desired options and click “Next.”
- Make sure your device is off before continuing.
- Click “Next and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Once Redsn0w finishes, wait for your device to finish loading.
- Congratulations, you’ve just jailbroken an iDevice on 4.0.2!
