Themex gives you a terrific collection of Live Wallpapers, and it's very easy to use. You just browse through the selections, either in total or by category, and pick out which one you want. Tap the Save button, and the Live Wallpaper is placed in your Photo Library.
From there, you only need to tap the Share button, then tap on Set as Wallpaper. To see the full effects of the Live Wallpaper, save it as the background for your Lock Screen and make sure Live Photo is selected. When you are on your Lock Screen, you can press and hold on the image to see it in motion.
You cannot animate Live Wallpaper on your Home Screen. That's not a limitation of the app, but a restriction of iOS iself.

I love the number of categories included, and I'm still exploring all of the options. So far, I haven't felt the need to upgrade to Pro; there are enough gorgeous choices available in the base version of the app to keep me occupied for quite some time.
