With Days to Go, Apple.com Website Has Been Taken Over by iPhone X
The Apple.com website wants you to know there’s a new flagship device available to order this week. That device, the iPhone X, is prominently on display on the site’s homepage with just hours to go before pre-orders for the device begin.
At the time of this writing, Apple.com now includes eight dynamic panels detailing key information and features about the new device. At the top, not surprisingly, you’ll find a large box linking to the iPhone X order page; at the bottom, there’s a link to the video, “Introducing the iPhone X.”
The six panels in between offer links detailing the following:
- Design and Display
- Face ID
- TrueDepth Camera
- Radically New Rear Cameras
- A11 Bionic
- Wireless Charging
Has Apple ever allowed one product to take over its homepage? I don’t believe so.
As a reminder, pre-orders for the iPhone X begin on Friday, Oct. 27 at 12:01 a.m. PDT in the following countries:
- Andorra, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, UAE, the UK, the US and US Virgin Islands.
