Apple Watch 3 Release Date Edges Closer, Enters 'Final Testing Phase'

We should soon know the Apple Watch 3 release date now that the “final testing phase” of the wearable device has begun. This news comes from the Chinese-language Economic Daily News.
The report notes the so-called “Apple Watch Series 3” will launch in the fourth quarter of the year after being announced in September alongside new iPhones and a possible 4K-compatible Apple TV.
Citing KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the report says the next Apple Watch will be available in both Wi-FI and Wi-FI + LTE models for the first time.
Last year, the Apple Watch Series 2 was officially announced on Sept. 7. The wearable device was released on Sept. 16.
