The Newly Introduced FrontRow Camera Shows Great Promise
Ubiquiti Networks, Inc. has announced its newest consumer product. The FrontRow camera is social networking-focused and meant to be worn. It launches today, Aug. 15, in black and rose.
Featuring a stylish lanyard, multi-purpose magnetic clip, and third-party chain adapter, FrontRow features cameras on both sides of the device for maximum flexibility.
The main camera features a 140-degree wide-view lens about twice the size of a typical smartphone.The device also features a speaker for local playback and a media button to start and stop many of FrontRow’s capture functions.

With FrontRow, you can record experiences (called Story Mode) using time-lapse capture for up to 16 hours between charges. You can also continuously capture or live stream for up to two hours between charges. With its USB Type-C connector, the FrontRow can be charged on the go using Type-C smartphones and has a quick-charge time of around 20 minutes.
Live streaming is available on YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter through the FrontRow app for iOS and Android.
Ubiquiti Networks’ AmpiFLI whole-home Wi-Fi system is a favorite in my household. Because of this, I can’t wait to try the company’s newest product. I hope to receive a review unit soon.
