November 22, 2017
Apple plans on introducing the next iPhone SE in early 2018, according to China’s Economic Daily News. In August, Focus Taiwan suggested the same.
According to the latest report, the next iPhone SE is being assembled by Wistron in a factory in Bengaluru, India. It should arrive for the public between January and March.
The next iPhone SE will likely receive a speed bump and other internal updates. The current iPhone SE features the A9 chip first used on the 2015 iPhone 6s. The new one would probably include the A10 chip found on the iPhone 7.
The 4-inch iPhone SE first launched in March 2016 to replace the iPhone 5s.
