Auto racing games are plenty of fun, but sometimes you want the whole experience. You want to see what it's like to run an auto racing team, from training the mechanics and drivers to developing and repairing the cars. That's exactly what this game is all about, so start your engines and build the best team in the racing world.
There's a ton that goes into managing an auto racing team, but it's obviously fulfilling. With Grand Prix Story 2, you get to live the highlights of managing such a team, without the risks of losing your investment or job.
You start out by picking the type of car you like, and then start designing your perfect machine. You'll need more than one car, of course, but it's a starting point. You'll customize the car with parts suited to the track you plan on racing on, and acquire new cars as you unlock more tracks.
You will also create and train your team, including mechanics and drivers. Your goal is to build a well-oiled machine made up of cars, drivers, and mechanics to win the races and become a star in the auto racing world.
Create the best auto racing team in the world
The most fun part of Grand Prix Story 2 is the selection of race courses you get to run on. Each course has its own peculiarities, so you can't focus on just a single car. Instead, you have to build a team of cars and drivers.
Each of your vehicles needs to be customized for certain tracks, so you can win as many races as possible. You pick your parts, using money you earn from races as well as from in-app purchases.
Your drivers have to be trained right, too. If you create the best team, you can conquer the Grand Prix and have all of the glory that goes with that.
The only downside to Grand Prix Story 2 is that all of your game progress is stored on your device. It can't be restored after you delete or reinstall the app, and you can't share it across devices. That's a feature I hope to see in future updates to the game, but developer Kairosoft hasn't said if they're working on that or not.
Grand Prix Story 2 is definitely a fun way to pass the time. You'll get a taste of what it's like to be the owner of your own auto racing team. It's just a game, of course, but a very enjoyable one with plenty of replay value.
