Apple Shares New Romeo and Juliet iPhone 7 Ad

December 6, 2016

Apple today shared a new Romeo and Juliet iPhone 7 ad, which highlights the video recording feature of the company’s latest smartphone.

In the ad, two children are shown acting out Shakespeare’s famous Romeo and Juliet play in a setting that looks incredibly realistic. The phone then zooms out to show that it’s actually a father recording the play with his iPhone 7. A caption then shows up with the phrase “Your movies look like movies on iPhone 7.”

It’s a pretty good advertisement that shows how good the video camera is on the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, both which house 12-megapixel sensors with built-in optical image stabilization. In my personal experience I’ve found the iPhone 7 video camera to be downright amazing, especially when recording in 1080P at 60 frames per second (FPS).

The new Romeo and Juliet iPhone 7 ad is the latest in a series of ads that showcase the various features of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. Other ads have highlighted things such as the low-light camera as well as waterproofing.
