The 2016 Summer Olympics begin on Wednesday, Aug. 3. from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Once again, NBC is the primary network in the United States to offer coverage. Telemundo, NBC Universo, and Bravo are also offering Olympic programming.
You can stream events via the NBC Sports app, which is available on multiple platforms including iOS, Apple TV, Roku, and Android. You can also stream via the NBC website.
With Rio one hour ahead of New York, most of NBC’s coverage this year will air live.
The opening ceremony for Rio 2016 is on Friday, Aug. 4. The Games run through Aug. 21.
